Privacy Policy

When you join the waitlist, we collect:

• your name;
• your email address;
• the IP address from which your submission was made, hashed at intake to a non-reversible identifier for abuse prevention;
• the timestamp of your submission.

When you submit a founding-member deposit, our payment processor Paddle additionally collects:

• billing information including your card details, billing name, and billing address;
• tax-jurisdiction information needed to comply with VAT and sales tax obligations;
• a receipt-grade record of the transaction.

We do not collect card details directly. Card details are entered into Paddle's environment and never reach Boltpath's servers.

When you correspond with us by email or WhatsApp, we keep the contents of that correspondence for as long as is reasonably necessary to follow up on it.

We use the data we collect to:

• contact you about Senad's development;
• send you the one launch announcement we promised on our home page;
• prevent abuse of the waitlist;
• process and reconcile any payments you make;
• comply with our legal obligations.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertising networks. We do not enrich it from third-party data brokers.

Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation or UK GDPR applies, we rely on:

• your consent for marketing emails (you may withdraw it at any time);
• the necessity of performing a contract for transaction processing;
• our legitimate interest in operating and improving Senad, including for abuse prevention and analytics.

Senad uses the following service providers as processors or sub-processors. Each is contractually bound to handle your data only as we instruct them:

• Paddle.com Market Limited(United Kingdom) · merchant of record, billing, tax, receipts.
• Resend, Inc.(United States) · transactional email delivery.
• Cloudflare, Inc.(United States) · DNS, email routing, web traffic.
• Vercel, Inc.(United States) · website hosting and edge functions.
• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure(United States) · database hosting for the waitlist.

Boltpath is incorporated in the United States. Some of our processors are also located in the United States, the United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions. By using Senad you understand that your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your country of residence, including those whose data protection regimes differ from your own.

We retain your waitlist record for as long as Senad operates, or until you ask us to delete it. We retain transaction records for as long as required by US, EU, and UAE tax and accounting law, typically seven years.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• correct inaccurate data;
• request deletion of your data, subject to our legal obligations;
• object to or restrict our processing;
• withdraw consent for marketing emails;
• lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, write to hello@senad.app from the email address associated with your record. We will respond within thirty days.

The senad.app website does not use third-party advertising cookies. We may use first-party cookies or analogous mechanisms strictly for session continuity and for measuring aggregate site usage. No advertising profile is built.

Senad is a business product not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under sixteen. If you believe a child has submitted data to us, write to hello@senad.app and we will delete it.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including HTTPS in transit, database access controls, and hashing of IP addresses at intake. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affecting your data occurs, we will notify you and the relevant authority in accordance with applicable law.

Material changes will be announced by email or on senad.app at least seven days before they take effect.
