Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on senad.app. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Our payment processor is Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as the merchant of record for every transaction.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.
I · Founding-member deposit
The founding-member deposit is a one-time charge of $25 USD that reserves a place in the first cohort of Senad customers.
The deposit is fully refundable at any time before Senad launches its paid product. Whether you change your mind, the product changes shape away from what you wanted, or you simply no longer wish to participate, you may request a full refund and no explanation is required.
After Senad's paid product launches, your $25 deposit applies as credit toward your first month of paid subscription. If you do not proceed with the subscription, you may still request a full refund within thirty days of launch.
II · Subscription refunds (after launch)
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance. You may cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future billing and leaves you with access until the end of the current billing period.
You have an unconditional fourteen-day money-back guarantee on every subscription charge. Email hello@senad.app within fourteen days of the charge with your order ID and we will issue a full refund. No reason required, no questions asked.
We do not pro-rate refunds for unused portions of a period that you chose to cancel after the fourteen-day window, except where applicable consumer protection law requires it.
III · How to request a refund
Email hello@senad.app from the email address used at purchase, with:
- your name;
- your Paddle order ID (visible in the receipt Paddle emailed you);
- a one-line note that you wish to refund.
We will acknowledge your message within two business days and instruct Paddle to issue the refund. Paddle typically returns funds to your original payment method within five to ten business days, depending on your bank.
IV · Disputes and chargebacks
Before raising a chargeback with your bank, please give us the chance to refund directly. A direct refund is faster for you and leaves your payment record clean. If you have already raised a chargeback and would like to withdraw it in exchange for a direct refund, we are happy to coordinate.
V · Changes to this Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or on senad.app at least seven days before they take effect.
