Terms of Service

Senad is a software product owned and operated by Boltpath LLC, a limited liability company organised under the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States (“Boltpath”, “we”, “us”). When you use senad.app or any Senad service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Senad is business-to-business software intended for licensed real estate brokers and brokerage firms. Senad helps brokers coordinate the paperwork on active property sales.

Senad does not act as a broker, agent, custodian, or counterparty in any transaction. Senad does not handle funds, hold deposits in escrow, provide regulated financial services, or hold any real estate licence in any jurisdiction. We sell software.

You may use Senad if you are at least eighteen years of age and entering this agreement on behalf of yourself or an entity you are authorised to bind. By using the service you represent that you meet these conditions.

Senad is currently in a pre-product waitlist state. The only services we offer today are:

• a waitlist where you may submit your name and email;
• a founding-member deposit reservation, described in our Refund Policy;
• communications by email and WhatsApp related to product development.

When the full Senad product launches you may be invited to create a paid account. Subscription terms will be presented at that time and will be subject to a successor version of these Terms.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.

This means Paddle handles your payment, charges any applicable VAT or sales tax, issues your receipt, and is your contracting party for the payment transaction itself. You pay Paddle, and Paddle pays Boltpath.

The founding-member deposit is a one-time charge of $25 USD. Subscription fees, when launched, will be billed in US Dollars as displayed on /pricing.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

You agree not to:

• use Senad for any unlawful purpose;
• attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service;
• resell or sublicense Senad without our written permission;
• use Senad to harass, deceive, or mislead any counterparty;
• upload data you are not authorised to share.

We may suspend access if we reasonably believe these Terms are being violated.

We handle data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We are not the data controller for transactions you record about your clients except to the extent necessary to provide the service. You remain responsible for your obligations under any applicable data protection law including the UAE Personal Data Protection Law and the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

The Senad name, the senad.app domain, the سند wordmark, the Senad software, and all related material are the property of Boltpath LLC. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Senad for its intended purpose during the term of your account.

Senad is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boltpath's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of Senad is limited to the greater of: (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred United States dollars.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Boltpath, its officers, employees, and contractors from any claim arising out of your use of Senad in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using Senad at any time. We may terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any other reason on reasonable notice. On termination your right to use Senad ends.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or on senad.app at least seven days before they take effect.
